ideaForge and Aaronia, an Indian drone maker and German tech company respectively, have now partnered. They will provide end-users with an intrusion monitoring solution that can track dynamic threats, in the air or on the ground. Their partnership supports the Make In India initiative in order to build some of Aaronia’s hardware in the country. Furthermore, the users will be offered a single point for drone surveillance and operations.

“Although drones are leading industrial revolution 4.0 and bringing about business transformation, the lack of regulations and ease of access to drones have led to an increase in their malicious use. Aaronia’s state-of-the-art solution combined with ideaForge’s expertise will make way for safer use of airspace and yet allow monitoring of threats/assets on the ground in a safe environment,” says ideaForge Co-Founder & CEO, Mr. Ankit Mehta.

It was an essential partnership for safer airspace. The unwanted and unethical usage of drones in India will be reduced due to the partnered development of counter-drone technology. It is the only system in the market to provide an accurate detection using RF-antennas only including altitude information of the drone. It has been one of the leading drone detection systems. Moreover, 100 installations have been completed in 2018 and 300 are expected to conclude by the end of 2019. It also offers 24/7 mobile or stationary surveillance.

Also, the system can monitor the complete spectrum of RF (e.g. 20 MHz to 20 GHz) in real-time. The technology will allow end-users to have real-time access to everything in the RF space including ISM, TETRA, GSM, LTE, 3G, 4G, 5G, etc. After this development, the company will be allowed to monitor all bands of RF simultaneously unlike others.
